Month to Month
- 3 sessions a week $325/12= $27

You might be thinking, “Well, what if I don’t use a personal trainer, or I go to a cheaper group fitness class?” You can’t compare an experience like Lift Society to either of those options. Intentional Training- We train in four 4-week cycles that lead up to Max Out Week, which is where you test your strength for your 1 Rep Max. We max out on squats, deadlifts, hip thrust, bench press, military press and chin up.

Elite Coaching- We only hire the most experienced coaches; who are evaluated on a regular basis, to make sure they continue to maintain high standards. Our coaches care about your progress and can assist clients at any fitness level.
