- Customized Macro Plan: Personalized macro plan based on your goals. Adjustments for dietary preferences and intolerances. Meal planning strategies for hitting target macros.
- Check-Ins & Ongoing Support: Weekly or Biweekly review of progress, adherence and challenges. Feedback on weight trends, energy level and performance. Troubleshooting issues like hunger, cravings, or stalled progress. Education on flexible dieting, dining out, and social events. Encouragement and accountability.
PRICING:
$50 per week for weekly check-ins
$30 per week for bi-weekly check-ins

I’m Celia Kaci, a certified personal trainer for over four years and a trainer at Lift Society's Studio City location for the past two. I hold a Sports Performance Nutrition certification as well as a Bachelor’s in Dietetics. My fitness journey spans seven years, and I quickly learned that nutrition is the key to unlocking both physical and performance goals. This program will provide personalized macronutrient breakdowns tailored to your goals, including a custom plan covering total calorie intake, protein, fats, and carbs.
