Tomika brings over 15 years of experience in fitness and fitness management, along with a deep passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered. A certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, health coach, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, Tomika was first drawn to fitness after losing 130 pounds—and she’s been paying that journey forward ever since. She loves inspiring people to take charge of their health and discover the joy in movement. Her favorite lift? The deadlift—simple, effective, and a true measure of full-body strength.
