The Program
With a max of 8-12 people per session, you'll have all of the benefits of a private trainer with the feel of a boutique private gym-- expert coaching, personal fitness, form correction, weight training and progression, but with a group of people who value strength and community. At Lift Society, you'll never share equipment, just good vibes and gains all under the guidance of the industry's best physical fitness trainers.

Booty Buldiers

We run a glute-building program which builds and tones the glutes as well as your entire lower body! This class is based on all the latest science and training techniques to effectively build your glutes using weights, bands and barbells.
New Lifters

No experience required. Every class can be tailored to the new lifter by decreasing reps or weight for each exercise. Our goal is to get you comfortable in a group setting so you can thrive at LIFT Society and build the body you’ve always wanted.

Small Group Classes
