The Program
With a max of 8-12 people per session, you'll have all of the benefits of a private trainer with the feel of a boutique private gym-- expert coaching, personal fitness, form correction, weight training and progression, but with a group of people who value strength and community. At Lift Society, you'll never share equipment, just good vibes and gains all under the guidance of the industry's best physical fitness trainers.

Our semi-private weight lifting gym sessions will get you stronger than you've ever been. We utilize progressive overload, evidence-based training, and 4-week training cycles to maximize your gains. Every class is coached by one of our experienced personal fitness trainers, who are experts in safe weight lifting, as well as hypertrophy and strength training.
